Prenatal screen

Heard about all the screening options for risk for genetic diseases etc...and since for me personally there is no information that would cause me to terminate a pregnancy, and I don't know if I could 'prepare' for anything wrong as much as just worry, I'm strongly considering skipping it altogether. Anyone else?

EDD: 3-11-16

    We debated skipping it last time, because we knew we would not do an amnio or consider terminating, but the doctor did say that if there were markers it would help us to prepare not just emotionally, but also it would allow us to be as informed as possible and begin seeking out support and resources ahead of time. That advice resonated and we did have genetic testing done, but that was it. I don't think there is a right or wrong just personal preference.
