Every once in a while I get horrible cramps in my thighs. I literally feel like I can't walk but walking is what gets them out....lasts about a minute or so. They are aweful!
I just started to get them today. They actually make my knees buckle. I read online that they are normal and typically happen when baby moves into the pelvic area.
Yes!!! And in my butt when I'm asleep. So weird. Coconut water has been my savior. I'm not a fan of the taste but the chocolate kind tastes like yoohoo which is much better (to me). The potassium in it helps you from becoming dehydrated. I hope this helps!!!
Avocados have more potassium than bananas and so far have been working great to keep away leg cramps. If they are from something else though I have no idea. My daughter was breech and never descended at all. This one is definitely low but far from engaged..
