My husband and I are having a horrible time coming up with a name for our son. We like Asher, Cohen, Ryder, Carter, Owen and a handful of others. Last name starts with a W so the names that begin with the same are out. Middle name is going to be either Allen or Scott, family names. Sister is Ava. Open to any suggestions!

I would seriously drop Cohen and research the controversy on it. Ryder is very trendy and sounds like Ride Her.

Asher, Carter and Owen are fine. I think Owen Scott or Carter Allen are both nice.

Drop Cohen, Ryder, and Carter. Too trendy and Cohen has offensive connotations. Asher is great. Owen is NMS but fine.

I like Owen! It's adorable and I think it fits with a lot of names. Plus it's easy to grow into. It's a good adult name.
