Nervous about Spotting and light cramps!!!!

Hi ladies, I'm really nervous. This is my second baby, my first pregnancy was great, I never had any cramping or spotting but I did have a c-section (5 years ago). This time around I am so tired, i have been getting cramps, sort of like period cramps and some spotting in my panties and when I wipe. Its a brown color and its not a lot, but still worries me. Has anyone else gone through this?

I'm not sure how far along I am, my last period started on June 15 - but my cycles are usually 37 days long. I'm not sure when I ovulated. But I have had 2 positive home pregnancy tests, sore breasts, fatigue and ms. I'm not scheduled to see the doctor until Tuesday but she agreed to see me tomorrow to check me out.

    Congrats on your BFP - there are lots of previous posts on this board about spotting and cramping - all very normal
