what are you guys doing to lose the weight? I want to exercise after the kids go to sleep but I'm exhausted and just end up going to sleep with them! Any good tips or things that are working? I can't cut too many calories because I'm still breastfeeding
Re: Losing the baby weight
I've been taking baby on 30 min stroller walks in the morning before it gets too hot. That's it! I'm breastfeeding too, so I can't/won't cut calories either. I drink a ton of ice water daily as well.
It's awesome to bounce back quickly and its great that some people can do it but dont make it more of a focus than it needs to be. We have way more important things to worry about right now than skinny jeans. Be gentle with yourselves and give it time.
I've lost over 30 lbs In month from exclusive breastfeeding. I think that by not stressing about the weight it makes it easier to lose it.
I've been walking and I'm also breastfeeding.
Husband has been complaining about the weight he gained during my pregnancy too ahaha...so I've got an exercise partner once I get the okay.
His reasons are super sweet as he said he wanted to be in tip top shape to be able to best support me when my body needs rest during recovery and that he wanted to get a leg up on making sure our daughter could never out run him, but ... C'mon, throw a gal a bone (preferably a T-bone, cooked medium-rare).
I keep calling him the only a**hole who didn't gain sympathy weight with his preggo wife. I really want to feed him donuts in his sleep ...
I can't wait to be back on my weight loss track, we want to get baby boy very into the outdoors and sports. We see what electronics has done to family and friends kids and want to limit that as much as possible so I have way more motivation than I did 11 months ago!!
I'll m 20 days post baby boys arrival
Your hubby seems like he might be the type to help and reassure you all whole running his circles around you till you can give him a run for his money haha! Hopefully he keeps you motivated too
We all got this!!
I'm reinstating toddler dance parties with my 2 year old so that should totally take care of it right? ; )
Salads, fruits, water are becoming my besties and I'm going to get a waist trainer to help even things out.
