I always worry bout eating something my baby doesn't like all the time

    Your stomach will definitely let you know if something isn't settling well. I'm not sure there's any way to really know what your baby's preferences are in the womb.

    Your baby doesn't really have "likes" and "dislikes" yet, some experts say you are shaping that now! There are definitely foods that won't agree with your tummy, but that doesn't have anything to do with the baby's preferences, it's just that your digestive system is more sensitive to certain things now.

    When breastfeeding, however, there are certain foods that might upset baby's tummy and make them cranky like garlic or spicy, but that's nothing to worry about now. Eat what you crave and relax, you have a lifetime to deal with your child's pickiness!
