My DH has nightmares once in awhile, it's usually triggered by more than usual stress he says or he worries about me and the babe a lot too. Breathe deep, try some relaxation techniques before bed time, such as meditation, light stretching, reading a book, whatever suits your fancy. I tell myself each night what I would like to dream about and more times than not that helps too. Good luck!
My boyfriend was having bad dreams for a while, I think they were stress related. Try to do something relaxing or use some essential oils to help you relax while you sleep.
I have been having horrifying nightmares. They are so awful, I feel like they put horror movies to shame. Its either been that or VERY pleasant sex dreams. The nightmares have almost made me afraid to go to sleep they are that bad
