4 weeks postpartum and I have a nasty headache

i'm 4 weeks postpartum and I have an awful headache. It could be a tension headache or simply a headache from exhaustion. If I want to check in with a doctor about it should I contact my PCP or contact my OBGYN since it could be something having to do with delivery? Hopefully it's nothing but just want to be safe.

    Did u take anything? Advil? If it goes away with pain meds then don't worry. You only have to worry about a headache if it doesn't go away with meds

    I had the headache all day Monday and that was with taking Advil. On Tuesday it was still here but with the Advil it was a much more dull headache. Thankfully it seems to be gone today! Wohoo!
