31 weeks and bone on bone feeling

this is my 4th pregnancy and I've never experienced this feeling like my babies head is literally on my pelvic bone. Something feels like bone on bone pressure and it's hard to move and walk. Anyone else experiencing this feeling?

    I have a similar feeling, it was diagnosed as symphysis pubic disfunction. I see a physical therapist that specializes in women's health to relieve the pain. It's common, but there are options to help.
