horrible rectal pain @ 37 weeks

I keep thinking its going to go away but it keeps getting worse at they days go by, mentioned it to doc (while crying in pain) on monday but it didnt seem to worry him. Has anyone else had this happen, it gets to the point where i cant walk

Yes. But only when I've gone for a long walk. Usually water and putting my feet up calms it down. I assume it's babies position?

Maybe try one of those doughnut cushions to sit on to help relieve some pressure?

My baby dropped on Monday night and was killing me around the same area. I think it's positioning as well. A birthing ball takes some of the pressure off if you have one or can borrow one.

Maybe a long hot bath or a dip in the pool would help?
