Sneezing pain

i think I have seen a thread on this before but I can't seem to find it..

I know there are different sort of pains when pregnant but sneezing ..when I sneeze I get a really sharp, almost unbearable pain which only eases if I push down on it.

Is this common?

    I get a sharp pain too when I sneeze but it eases naturally. I think the best thing to do to calm your fears is to call your doctor, we can't really tell you if it's normal/common or if it's something to be concerned over. All we can do is offer sympathy or advice.

    Is it low in your pelvis and towards your hips? Then it's probably ligament pain. I get it if I sneeze or if I move too quickly. It could be your abs stretching, too. If it doesn't go away after a few minutes, it could be worth it for peace of mind to ask your Dr or Midwife.

    Yeah it is around my pelvis hips area. I was hoping it would just be ligament pain, but wasn't sure if that was a normal ligament pain but that does give me peace of mind, Thankyou

    That's always been ligament pain for me. It hurts like crazy! But goes away on no time, when I drink water or tea, and walk around the house a little bit.
