It's completely normal for it not to feel as comfortable anymore. Talk to your partner and he might be able to help you relax a little more and make it more comfortable for you.
There are a lot of changes happening to your body right now. Hormones are different, even your vagina is a little different and probably most sensitive. Painful/uncomfortable sex is normal during pregnancy. Talk to your dr if you have any concerns, and definitely communicate with you partner.

This. Plus, there are plenty of good, water based, medical grade lubricants available that may help make sex more comfortable during this time. Don't be afraid to communicate or suggest this to your partner, if you haven't already.
Sex was super uncomfortable for me through most of my last pregnancy. It was hard to figure out how to make it better. It's only temporary though so no big deal.
I second the lube! If penetration is still painful with lube, try non-penetrative sex (oral, hands, mutual masturbation, non-penetrative toys etc), it can be just as enjoyable as penetrative sex, without the pain. Talk to your partner about how you are feeling, it's important you're both on the same page.
