i can't nap, or lay down to sleep at night without my legs randomly twitching. I'm 30 weeks today, and I am only allowed to take unisom as a sleep aid, or Benadryl. It's awful! Is anyone else suffering and maybe have a tip or two of other things to try? I don't want to be sleep deprived BEFORE my baby gets here :'-(

What works for me: no noise/distractions, pillow between my legs, clear mind and really focusing on sleep instead of the feeling in my legs. Also chamomile tea helps too.
I had RLS around 25-27 weeks and I found the more active I was walking, running, whatever, it eased it up when I did try to lay down. I also felt like while I was on the couch I'd have to "pedal" in the air to just try and satisfy that feeling or needing to move. Ugh. Here's hoping it doesn't return! That plus leg cramps? No thanks.
