Need to bring on more contractions

Hi guys. Were planning on a natural birth.My waters broke at 9am this morning. We came to hopsital (dr orders) around 4pm even though I am not having regular contractions yet. I am 4cm and 90pc effaced.

They'll give me til 9pm to get things on the way or will give me pitocin...

Ideas on getting contractions more regular in this hopsital box room?!

Walk, nipple stimulation and my birth coach even mentioned she used sucking her thumb! Good luck, we are trying for natural too

Nipple stimulation and walking are defo working. I know I need to keep it up... But the nipple stipulations works Soooooo good it's scary!!! Currently on the toilet distracting myself on here!!! Thanks ladies
