Unfortunately achyness in any place is common in pregnancy and is typically something to just deal with. Maybe try taking a little break and relaxing. The achyness could also just be from baby growing and everything stretching.

  • Totally normal but crappy part of pregnancy that gets progressively worse until birth. The good news is most of the time it's gone immediately PP.
  • I'm 23 weeks and feel aching on both sides on the stomach. I'm never in pain, just can definitely feel things inside stretching around. I constantly feel overly full even if I haven't ate. I'm a server and I've noticed forcing myself to wear an apron makes me feel more constricted lol
  • My left hip hurts the worst of anything. Probably because I'm sleeping on my left side so much now. I get my husband to rub it every few days.

Have you tried a pillow between your legs at night when you sleep? Sometimes it helps me sometimes it doesn't.. But most of the time it does help..
  • Aching all over, if it's not one place it's another (yay pregnancy lol). Try light stretching and/or yoga. Also I noticed I ache more if I am not active enough so I try to get in a few short walks everyday. My doc also recommend a heating pad on low setting for achey back and hips. Here's to the pain that will be oh so very worth it in a couple of months <3
  • I get it on my right side near my ribs, this is usually where the babies feet are hanging out most the day and he pushes on them. So unfortunately it will probably just get worse as the lil ones grow and run out of room
  • My OB wrote me a prescription for prenatal massage and phisio due to intense right hip pain, I also had this when pregnant with my daughter. Somedays I limp really bad and somedays it is better. Maybe look into some prenatal massage to help. I have a snoogle for my hip but it isn't helping much at this stage.

I do sometimes. I have a snoogle but it takes up so much room with me, my hubby and it in a Queen size bed. I probably need to use it more. I used a regular pillow this weekend and that helped a little.

I have noticed they do take up a lot of room.. Which sucks because they help me sleep so well most nights!!
  • I sleep with a long body pillow and that helps. It's less bulky and you can get them for around $10 at target. Just one of those long pillows
  • Yep, I've been achy for the past several weeks now. It gets worse if she's in a weird position or going through a growth spurt. I'm extra sore today, and I think it's because she flipped over last night. I'm feeling strong kicks way up above my belly button, and quite a few coworkers have commented that I look like I got a lot bigger over the weekend.

Stretch, drink lots of water, and take it easy. I've come to sort of love the aches & pains, though, because it means she's getting big! Or I'm a masochist. Who knows.

  • In addition if you can manage to get into a pool a few days a week and get all your kninks stretched out usually helps the discomfort.

  • I HAVE to sleep with a pillow between my legs, or my one leg just in a "L" shape thrown over a pillow.
