Due Date: April 1

Symptoms: sore boobs, back pain, fatigue, and omg the bloating!

R/R/S: DH and I bought baby booties yesterday to use as an announcement for his mom. We also looked at baby furniture while we were shopping, and he was so excited. It was cute! :x

Questions for the Group: anyone still temping? I am, and I got a second thermal shift. Ive got a nice triphasic chart now, its so cool! FF sent me a message saying they don't recommend continuing temping, and Im all " let me be a geek FF!" but I guess I'll stop after a few more days.

Dinner with: hmm, I can't think of anyone right now. I know, boring!

Rants/Raves/Stories: we haven't told our parents yet but have told a select number of friends. My DH has been the best and is unbelievably excited. He told me that he wishes it was March already

Any symptoms yet: fatigue, headaches on and off.

Rants/Raves/Stories: told our good friends last night over dinner and it felt amazing to have someone know and be so happy for us.

my grandma. She passed away a couple years ago and would love to be able to share this news with her and her cooking is amazing!!

Questions for the group: I keep forgetting where I put stuff and being forgetful in general. Do you think pregnancy brain is real?

If you could have dinner with one person dead or alive who would it be: My grandpa who has passed. I can't believe that I'm going to have a child that he won't meet.

@loveymay I was not a fan of waking up early to temp so, I stopped temping as soon as I got my BFP, but now I sort wish I hadn't because it would have been cool to see a triphasic pattern.

Any symptoms yet: Bloating, mild cramps. I kept temping as well. The start of another thermal shift is what made me test

Rants/Raves/Stories: I have been down recently bc of my previous loss and the temporary infertility that followed. I just found out yesterday that my good friend (who I had been excited to share a due date with before) had her baby a few days ago. I know I would have felt happy for her regardless, but I think getting another BFP before seeing the announcement helped a lot. I also want to rave about everyone here on TB because since I have joined this past month I have felt so much better about everything and I know that must have helped things kick back into gear with me physically

Questions for the group: It is rare that I do not know what day I ovulated; its killing me. I am either 14dpo (supported by progesterone draw, OPKs, and CM) or 11dpo ( supported by temps, FF cross-hairs - practically consistent at coverline with a dip on potential O day and gradual increase immediately after the dip). Thoughts? My BFPs from the past couple mornings are super faint (target brand with blue dye). I've read some from other posts and have not found enough to make me not worry. If I'm 14dpo then that line should be more bold. If I'm 11dpo then I would be surprised that I got a BFP so soon, but not so much with the faint line. Also with my lack of symptoms - this was my first month that I had strong enough ovulation to conceive for a while now and I'm concerned that the fact that my body was still somewhat out of whack may decrease my chances of viability. Input appreciated and sorry for writing so much here on a quick post.

Any symptoms yet: I rarely get sick but my first clue as to being pregnant was a sore throat at 9 dpo. Since then I have had a horrible sinus infection. No other symptoms although I feel like garbage so that's probably masking any symptoms I might notice.

Rants/Raves/Stories: my husband and I suffered a loss in November the day our baby would have been due I took a First Response test it was negative like the previous morning, so I threw it away. I felt like something wasn't right so I looked in the trash can again and even the one from the previous morning was positive! I put on some clothes and went to the party store to get balloons to tell my husband. I have never felt so much love from above than I did that day. I know this is a gift from our growing baby's sinking in Heaven!

If you could have dinner with one person dead or alive who would it be: I'd love to tell my mom, who is alive, but she's a blabber and I just can't yet. We are going to our first appointment on 8/26 and I'm hoping after everything is well we will have a rainbow themed party over Labor Day.

Any symptoms yet: Full-feeling breasts. I still nurse my DD a couple times a day and she told me "that one's empty" when it definitely still felt full - one of my first clues. Also, a delightful combo of fatigue and insomnia, but I might still be a bit jet-lagged -- we got back from visiting my brother in Japan about a week and a half ago.

Rants/Raves/Stories: I've been wide awake from 1-5AM for the past week. It sucks, especially now that I'm trying to avoid coffee.

Questions for the group: What are your favorite snacks? The key to beating my nausea last time was to keep a bit of food in my stomach all the time, so I'm looking for snack ideas early this time.

If you could have dinner with one person dead or alive who would it be? DH's grandma. I never got to meet her, and I think she would like to meet DD and hear about the new LO.

Any symptoms yet: sore boobs, exhaustion and bloating

Rants/Raves/Stories: I'm so excited to share the news with the guests at DS's birthday party next month, but I'm nervous that my MIL is going to spill the beans to everyone she wants to even though we're going to ask everyone to not share OUR news with everyone else until we do. With my first pregnancy, we told her around 6w and asked her not to tell anyone and she immediately told. Ugh.

Questions for the group: Tips on balancing a newborn and 2.5 year old??

If you could have dinner with one person dead or alive who would it be: One of the Founding Fathers so I could ask them to clear up the intent of the parts of the constitution everyone is always arguing about!

Any symptoms yet: Super tired

Rants/Raves/Stories: We spent the weekend in Chicago. DH's aunt offered to buy me a glass of wine and I declined. She raised an eyebrow...I think she knows somethings up.

If you could have dinner with one person dead or alive who would it be: My oldest brother, who died as an infant. I would love to see what he would have been like.

@Gretchen1771 Do you have a pic of your chart? I would go with the date of your temp surg, unless there isn't a distinct surge. Also, the darkness of the line would be more dependent on the day of implantation rather than ovulation. Implantation can occur as early as day 7 and some as late as 10 dpo. If you implanted later, your HPT would take longer to build up in order to produce a darker line.

@alyshamarie007 - Thanks so much! I know part of me just needs to let it go because it's not going to matter in a couple weeks when I get an ultrasound, but easier said than done

As far as the bold line goes, I was thinking more about my second temp shift. I only have one other pregnancy to compare this to and after two days of an additional temp spike I had a very bold line at 16dpo. I am currently on my third day at the second temp shift. Thanks for taking the time to respond, especially since I wrote so much!

Any symptoms yet: Just feel like crap... kinda nauseous sometimes, tired, groggy...

Rants/Raves/Stories: Bloodwork confirmed pregnancy Saturday and I have a repeat draw today (Monday) to be sure the numbers are rising appropriately. I'm SO damn nervous!

Questions for the group: Anyone else have verrrrrry early hcg numbers drawn? Just wondering if anyone has any numbers we can compare to ease my mind a bit.
