  I did same size as every night but this time it's a big black and blue mark. I'm hoping that's normal

  I also had some bruises. Are you alternating sides? I figured the bruises were normal- injecting medications on a nightly basis is not normal, which us probably why most of is bruise easily with these injections.

  Yeah I'm switching sides I'm thinking maybe it's because it's been 5 straight nights and like you said it's not normal. I'll ask my doctor more about it tomorrow

  My bruising was awful. Some were darker than normal. Haven't injected in 9 days and some are STILL there! I'm sure it's fine. Hang in there.

  One side would bruise more than others. Try icing before you do the injections. Good luck

  Bruising seems to come with the territory. My acupuncturist said mine would most likely bruise a lot because I am on a baby aspirin regimen to help thin my blood.

  I'm on the exact same meds, didn't have any bruising the first 4 days but today I do. I think it's just like everything else in our bodys, no real explanation, but it's "normal".

  Ganirelix made me bruise! The needle is kind of dull.

  Married since 2013, TTC since 2/2014

  I am on low dose hcg, follistim and ganirelix, but without fail I look like a purple pin cushion and although now on the 7th day of injections tonight I have managed to get less brushing on some days my nurse said I should put the needle in faster. But sadly it's perfectly normal.

  I was on the same injections and on my second day I as well got bruised . I thought it might be because I might've not gone deep enough. They didn't last too long to go away
