Hi everyone! I am 11 wks 4 days pregnant. I have had one miscarriage. I feel like I should be showing more but feel like there's hardly any growth and it's discouraging me. My next ultrasound is the 5th of August so I'm just praying everything is okay. Any feedback is welcomed

I know it is hard not to get discouraged after a loss but you have to trust everything is alright. As long as you aren't having severe cramping with a lot of bleeding, you're most likely fine.
Most women don't start showing until 16-20 weeks. Think of how small your bean is right now and look at the chart below to see where they are- they're still pretty low. I am pregnant with twins and didn't gain any weight first trim, even with minimal morning sickness. At my 12 week appt, I hadn't "popped" but at my 16 week appt, I had.
Remember, everyone's body is different and try to take it one day at a time.

Thank you for your reply! With my last miscarriage I never suffered any bleeding or cramping. I went to get a free ultrasound when I was supposed to be 13 wks ans found out we lost the baby at 8 wks. Waited 2 more wks and then decided to get surgery. It was heartbreaking! Anyways, that iswhy I am nervous! But everything is in God's hands. Thank you for the diagram!

Congrats on the pregnancy. I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow and I'm pregnant with baby #4. I didn't show until 6 months with all my children. Don't be discouraged. Every woman shows at different times.
