  Italian parmesan red pepper crusted chicken, sweet potatoes baked, fresh green beans sautéed... We better be going to Cold Stone for desert. Coffee ice cream... oh my mouth watering!

  We are having grilled tuna steaks with a salsa of mango, avocado, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro and lime, and some cilantro white rice. Yum!
  
  I'm pretty proud of myself for actually cooking, because every other night this week has been restaurants or takeout....

  Layed in bed and pigged out on popcorn, pumpkin spice hot chocolate, gouda cheese, wheat thins, frozen fruit, and mint chocolates.  No regrets,
