I've had a terrible neck pain since I was 16 weeks pregnant. ..now its 21 weeks 4 days and it's only worse. ..anyone else have this or know who has had . Thank you.

I got some very serious neck pain this past Thursday, totally out of the blue. Went to the chiropractor and it feels much better, and I can actually move my head again. I'm going for a second appointment Monday to finish fixing the problem. Apparently it was just a muscle in my neck that was locked into spasm. I say try a chiropractor, just make sure they know you're pregnant (since it will be rude of him/her to assume lol). My OB wouldn't prescribe anything for the pain until after I tried chiropractic.

I've been seeing my chiropractor twice a week, I definitely recommend it. Just look for someone who has experience with pregnant women, cause not all do. This LO is messing with my neck and hips like mad! LOL

I've been seeing an osteopath. Best. Doctor. Ever. Of course I work at an osteopathic college so I may be a little biased. They do manipulation which works not only your bones but also tissue. When you're done, you feel like a new person lol.

I've been feeling the same and am just at 20 weeks. Mind you I had a long haul flight a few days ago but I've been suffering neck pain and migraines ever since.
