Hello my dears!
I know everyone here is anxiously awaiting their little ones, I am in a state of plan, plan, plan/ get really excited plan some more.
So i've started to jump the gun on every aspect. I've started preparing a notebook/binder of postpartum workouts and lactation recipes. Not only that but i've looked up quick and easy breastfeeding friendly meals, Needless to say i'm in becoming a mommy "hyperdrive". Is anyone else preparing things like this? or have i completely lost my mind? (which is a pretty strong option right now)

As far as post-baby goes I'm going back into my Beachbody workouts as soon as the doctor gives me the green light, as I've seen a lot of women benefit from them after baby. I coach and miss doing programs with my friends.
I did so much planing and learning for DS. So long as the planning is not stressing you out or disturbing you life, go for it.
My old English teach is a Beachbody coach and told me she will help me get back in shape after my baby gets here.. I'm in pretty decent shape I'm just a little chunky...
I was going to the 21 day challenge with my mom but that will happen later lol I did it last year and I loved it!
That being said, go for it! This is number 2 for me and the first will only be 2.5, I'm still trying to figure out when I'm supposed to shower and eat with two that young.
