spotting please help

Hi I'm 37 weeks and started spotting this morning also having contraction like cramps could It be the start of labor? I'm a ftm and don't really know what to expect.

Sounds like it could be. Same as everyone else, call your dr. And maybe start trying to time those contraction like pains to see if they're becoming regular.

Call your OB! You will most likely be evaluated and possibly admitted to be monitored. At 37 weeks you might be mama by tomorrow! Good luck!
