Shoot me straight ... bloody show talk

This is baby #3 but I never lost my mucus plug or had a bloody show with either of the first two. My water broke at home with #2 but there was no lead up to it as far as that goes. So my question is, how much is it? A little spotting typically? I had a cervical check Thurs, two days ago, so I guess it could be left over blood from that. I'm not worried at all or concerned enough to go to the dr about it because it was so minor. And I'll save your retinas and not post pictures Bahahah!

If your experience is that it's more than spotting, probably this is just leftover blood making its way out. If you explain it as spotting, I may be inclined to think that labor is coming in the next couple of days. I'm 38+5 and scheduled for a c section on Thurs. It wouldn't surprise me if this dude is going to come just early enough to mess up all our plans we had worked out. Lol! Thanks y'all!

    It will be different for everyone like PP said. My bloody show *TMI alert* has always been mixed with mucous and is more then just spotting.

    I believe I've been losing my little by little for a few months , is it normal to not have blood at all ? :-??

    Mucus plug and bloody show are different. But it's normal to not have bloody show and it's normal to have it. Everyone and every pregnancy is different.

    I had a cervical check at my last appointment a week and a half ago. I had pink-tinged discharge a few hours after that. However, I went into premature labor with my son, so I've never lost my mucus plug or experienced a bloody show.

    Tmi - My bloody show with DS was a glob of blood, looked like a huge clot. It was gross and freaked me out.

    My experience has been bloody with some substance. Like bloody snot or clot-like.

    Same as me. I woke up like that one morning , cramping all day that turned into contractions/labor at night.

    Ok, then I'm feeling confident that isn't what this was. Not that it really matters. Dude is going to come on his own or he'll be evicted on Thurs. Either way, we're on short time *sniff sniff*
