Wonder if I should be worried?

I know that general opinion is that nail polish is okay in a ventilated area, especially using the 3-free nail polishes, but I was just painting my toenails and accidentally went over a cut near my nail, which stung. Now I'm worried about the nail polish going into my bloodstream. Anyone had this happen before?

Yeah. It'll be ok. This is not a big worry. A swipe of polish isn't enough to change anything.
