So we tried to flip my baby girl because she is breech but she's too stubborn (or lazy) and doesn't want to move. Now I'm scheduled for a c section on August 3rd and I'm just not sure what all I should bring. Has anyone on here had a c section? And what all did you bring to help you feel more comfortable? How long were you in the hospital for?
This is my first pregnancy and surgery ever so I'm very nervous.

The best thing you can do for a fast recovery is get up and move as soon as you can (assisted, of course). Since you will have a catheder you will probably be stuck in the hospital gown for a while, so it can be nice to have a robe so your backside isnt hanging out. Some people wear the gown and robe until they go home. I like my own clothes and find that high waisted yoga pants help keep a little compression on the wound which is comforting. Otherwise its just your normal hospital bag
Good luck!
FWIW, my daughter was breech cause she was tied up in her cord. They couldn't see it on the ultrasound either and didn't realize what was going on till they got in there. Your LO just may not be able to move. Either way, it wasn't that bad. I really have never had any bad feelings about it other than worrying a little more about possible rupture this pregnancy.
Bring shower shoes and socks.
