favorite books on the topic of pregnancy or childbirth

I know that for many of us, the pee may not even be dry on the wondfos yet.  

Regardless, has anyone started reading any pregnancy-related books yet?  Any BTDT mamas have something they'd recommend? Or something they found worthless and best to be avoided?  

I read A LOT during my last pregnancy, but I'm always looking for new reads for my list.

    I read a lot too during my first pregnancy! One of my favorites was a day by day, talking about the development of baby bit by bit. I loved knowing what was happening in there! They also have a website that will email virtually the same thing to you daily. It's actually called "Pregnancy Day by Day" by DK publishing.

    Just the usual... What to expect book and the week by week book. I gave mine away after DD. so I will be buying them again.

    The only one that I've read is What to Expect, so I'm really interested to see what else everyone is reading!

    When I told my mom about my first pregnancy she bought me a copy of the Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy. I'm hoping to make it past the 1st trimester this time. The first tri is good tho.

    I discovered "The Mommy Docs' Ultimate Guide to Pregnancy and Birth" at Barnes and Noble last pregnancy. I couldn't put it down! It's very informative, but written in a friendly almost informal way. The authors are both doctors and moms,
