DD - January 2016
Re: Daily Symptoms, Questions and Concerns - July 24
Headaches have been much better this week.
I also have insomnia in the middle of the night which usually keeps me up for at least an hour or so at random times.
A little more stress than I need right now but am really trying to stay away from reading about it on the internet and keep positive.
Other than breast soreness my symptoms have been pretty mild so I'm thankful for that.
*ETA: I forgot about the BO. I can't tell if I smell worse than normal or if my sense of smell is just heightened but I can't stop doing the "superstar!!" sniff test.
DD - January 2016
I've had horrible pain in my left hip & lower back. I gave in and got a massage and signed up to get one once a month until January. Hoping it helps, as I've been so uncomfortable sleeping at night.
I woke up this morning feeling super nauseaus and my stomach being off. I ate my typical breakfast of a scrambeled egg and toast. Ate a bland lunch and then all of a sudden had diarrhea (TMI sorry). Came home from work and now resting on the couch. My stomach is gurgling for food, and my bladder feels full, just not sure where the diarrhea came from as it was completely out of the blue. I went out to dinner with a friend last night and had a cucumber avocado roll and chicken dumplings so wondering if it was something I ate last night??
Ugh
I feel you on the sinus issue, I stopped my rx nasal anti histamine and I have head aches for 2-3 days every week recently. I am taking Claritin everyday and rhinocort (nasal steroid safe for pregnancy), do saline rinses and use nasal straps plus mucinex and benadryl and tylenol when my headaches hit. I still end up throwing up from my sinus head ache, even though I don't have ms. I then give in and take a pill of Sudafed (regular not pe) and the headache is gone in an hour. I feel guilty but I have a 4 year old and I can't stay in bed all day trying to avoid nausea and vomiting.
if you are not on rhinocort yet and have allergies it might help.
15+1 today. My constipation which used to be tolerable is now so bad that pooping seems to cause my SCH to bleed. Started upping my fibre today with two serving of oatmeal in the morning, swapping orange for Oj at breakfast and extra fruit and carrot sticks for lunch. I have to scan the recent thread on constipation because I am not ready to go the haribo sugar free gummies route yet.
@CaraBoonie - are you able to do nasal washes? I find that helps me a ton. I normally do it after getting out of a steamy shower so that things are looser. It's not fun when blocked, but helps.
For those struggling w/water - on days I am feeling icky I drink smart water. I need less then reg water as it has electrolytes.
@krisdee123 Gatorade and lemonade are my favorites right now. I just feel so bad about not being able to just drink plain water. :-S
Aside from that wacky part, I'm dealing with similar symptoms as others: increased discharge, cramping upon sneezing or standing quickly, and man oh man, the headaches are THE WORST.
Give me baby flutters and I'll call it an even trade for the crummy headaches.
On a side note, my husband and I just got home from vacation. Flights on tiny airplanes with lots of turbulence..... Baaaaaaad for morning sickness.
Oh where to start..
Nose bleeds out of no where. Peeing every five minutes. Hungry all the time. Gasser than ever before. Cranky. Tired as all get out. Growing uterus pains. Back pain at night. Hip pains if I don't keep them stretched open all night. Sex drive like no other. Thirsty 24/7. A little nausea when I get hungry, but it's very mild. Cravings every ten minutes for something new..
Good ones? I have more energy.
And I definitely felt the baby move twice today. (STM, I know it was baby and not gas).
Girls with nosebleeds- I had that with DD it sucks. It's because everything is swollen and you have more blood flowing to a constricted space. I found sleeping with a humidifier and doing nasal rinses helped a lot.
