I made cheese ravioli for dinner the other night and it turned out as a disappointment. So I made the whole dinner again while my boyfriend was at work (so I wouldn't have to share) and ate nearly all of it. Including half a loaf of garlic bread.... And I would do it again.
I'm going to get my hair cut on lunch today. My boss thinks it's a doctor's appointment. I might just go home right after and shoot him a quick email saying there were some delays/appt moved so I won't be coming back in. Sorry I'm not sorry. Happy Friday!

I feel bad for saying this, well a little, but my friend's daughter is annoying the hell out of me. Constantly whining, misbehaving and just being spoiled. Maybe it's because she never has consequences. *Shrugs* To each their own. I'll keep this in mind when I have my own 5 year old

A girl I work with has a roommate who is never around kids ( mind you she's only 20) and she went on vacation with with her bf's family. His niece was digging in the sand when she demanded the roommate to help her. The roommate responded, "bitch, you can dig that hole yourself."
She better be glad she didn't say that to my child.

Inappropriate response to a child? Yes. Hilarious scene for a Judd Apatow movie? Very much so.
I have been craving fried chicken mac and cheese from a local restaurant that unfortunately does not deliver. And I am THIS close to picking it up on my way home from work even though DH will give me so much crap because it's not healthy. Whatever, LO and I would be supporting a local business
Another for today: I hate the children at play plastic children with flags that people put out. We are in a neighborhood - of course there are children playing. Your sign isn't going to make an impact on the jack hole who is already heck bent on speeding. One of my neighbors puts her aggressively close to/ in the street so that the flag is hanging 2 feet into the street. The street isn't that wide and I have to swerve to avoid hitting the flag with my side mirror. Everyday. She is creating a dangerous situation for her own children with drivers having to avoid the obsticle she put out. Ugh.
I may or may not have been drunk with friends and had our dd pull over so we could steal one of these..... it was like 3 am and it WAS sticking out into the road....
Eta: a few mornings later, it was returned with an "I'm sorry" note attached.

My FFFC is that I hate my SIL's kids so much. I hope I'm not terrible for saying this but omg my daughter is not allowed around them on a regular basis. The girl is always throwing a toddler fit about something, which would be understandable if she was a toddler...but she's 7. And the boy is constantly ignored and fighting for attention which causes him to act out. Drives me nuts!!
Re: FFFC 7/24
Because it's safe and brings everyone together.
She better be glad she didn't say that to my child.
