witch hazel question

Hey I'm trying to find in store that sells witch hazel that doesn't have alcohol in it. Has anyone used the stuff with alcohol in padsicles or a peri spray? I can only find the alcohol free stuff online and don't want to pay for fast shipping and the free regular shipping might be too late for me to prep the pads. Any insight or other suggestions would be great! Thanks

  • Whole Foods.

  • I just got the generic, up & up brand from Target. I wasn't aware witch hazel had alcohol in it, is that bad? I already used it to make my "padsicles"
  • I bought mine from Walmart. Although I have no idea if it has alcohol in it or not. I also bought an antiseptic spray that was recommended. The name isn't coming to me right now though.
  • The alcohol might burn is my only worry... I think it says it's 14% and idk if there's enough to cause an effect down there. I was just wondering if someone had previously used the stuff with alcohol in it or not.... I think I've only seen one place that recommended no alcohol witch hazel for the pads or spray every other place shows the witch hazel brands that have alcohol in it. So it might not be a big deal at all.
  • I got some from Walmart last time and while I have no clue if there was alcohol in them, I did not experience any burning.
  • Good to know! Thanks @breezymeema7
  • I'm like 99% sure mine had alcohol and I've never had issues with burning.

  • I've never noticed whether or not mine had alcohol in it, but no burn thank goodness!
