Endometrial Stripe?

Hi all!
I have PCOS and am trying to conceive baby #1. I'm still in the early stages of our TTC adventure, but am taking letrozole and Ovidrel during monitored cycles. During my ultrasounds, they measure the endometrial stripe. Most recently, they noted that my endometrial stripe was 4C. What does this mean?

    It's the size of the stripe, it's four centermeters.   The thickness of mucus increases as you lead toward ovulation and they measure it with each ultrasound.


    Married for 7 years, TTC for 4 years
    dx:  Diminished Ovarian Reserve
    2 Clomid IUI's + 4 injectable IUI's= 5 BFNs and 1 mc
