hcg levels seem low? Help

I was tested on 7/13 : 16 days after conception and it was: 518
Again on 7/15: 2 days later and it was: 1016

Then again today and it was: 1229 (one week after the last test (26 days after conception)

I feel like it should've jumped up a lot more in one week 1016 to 1229 doesn't seem that great. Am I crazy and reading into it too much? I was only tested again today cause I have bronchitis and asked them to check for piece of mind cause I have been so sick. I am 5 weeks 5 days today.

    Hey Mel. I'm a FTM and prior to becoming pregnant I had irregular periods. Home pregnancy test was positive on July 10th. Based on my history doctor estimated my due date to be around the end of February first of March... making me anywhere from 7-8 weeks pregnant right now.Had first beta HCG levels tested July 15th. Results came back 4469. Had another beta HCG on July 22nd however levels have increased but not by a whole lot... 5032. Doctor called this morning to come in and get more blood work. I have not had any bleeding. Stressed to the max here today as I have yet to tell anyone aside from my husband and he isn't within cell range at the moment :( thoughts??? Anyone??

    I don't know much about this but these might be reassuring, especially if your conception dates are a little later than you think. Looks like there is a huge range of what is "normal" as explained here: https://www.newkidscenter.com/hCG-Levels-Chart.html
