STM, what are some of the funniest things your LO has said?

Not an active poster on here-- but getting a kick out of my 3 year old's words about his baby sister, so it got me thinking- what are some of the funny things your LO has said about your pregnancy?

Here are some of my favorites from my son:

"Mommy, when my baby sister gets here, she isn't going to eat my legs is she?"

"When my baby sister is born I'm going to be Iron Man and she will be Hulk."

*while holding his stomach* "mommy! Mommy! My baby sister is kicking my tummy"

"When my baby sister comes out of your belly I'm going to put her in MY belly so I can be big like you!"

I can't get enough of this kid!

My 2-year-old, after I stopped bouncing on the yoga ball and plopped on the couch: "I want to bounce on baby sister!"

Earlier in my pregnancy, before DH lost about 20 lbs, DD saw him with his shirt off and shouted "baby sister in daddy's tummy!". That helped prompt the weight loss, I think!

I'm a FTM but my 4 year old nephew had a good one the other day.

Him "auntie I want to play with the baby now"
Me "he's still in my tummy but you can play with him when he comes out and gets a bit bigger"
Him "auntie you are hogging the baby, it's my turn you need to share"

I guess we know what they are working on at pre school these days - sharing

My DD was breastfeeding a toy crab in the bath last night. He was 'drinking her bosoms.' I wasn't sure what to say!

The day of my baby shower my nephew (he lives with me) thought it meant I was having the baby that day. He asked me how we were all going to fit in the car on the way back and I said the same way we will on the way and he says "so will the baby have to sit on your lap then?" Lol it was cute

DS is 5, he wanted badly to feel his sister kick when we started feeling external kicks. But he wasn't patient enough to sit still and wait for it. One morning while he was still sleepy and she was throwing a dance party inside me, I had him lay his head against my belly. She kicked him in the face! Now he will lean into my belly and yell "kick me in the face" then lean his cheek against my belly. I love his giggles when she does kick him in the face.

My midwife clinic is very family oriented, and I give DS the option of hanging out with grandma or coming with me to my appointments. This last week he got very excited and asked if this was the appointment that they were going to take her out? (Not sure where he got that idea??)

My 7 year old keeps telling me that she and my baby aren't really daddy's babies because the daddy doesn't have anything to do with it, because only moms can have babies. Too soon to have the talk?

I asked my 4 year old son if he wanted to come to an ultrasound so he could see his baby sister. As he is thinking if he wants to go with mommy or pappy for the day he says "Mom does Madelyn have clothes on" I told him no He thought about it for a minute and said "You mean she is naked!!"

DD is 2.5 and will ask me every morning if Mommy still has baby sister. I'm not sure where she thinks baby is going to go in the middle of the night.

She is very sweet to my belly and will "feed" the baby with her pretend food and always kisses my belly goodnight. She also likes to remind me that mommy is big!

Her name suggestions so far have been Baby Brother, Ariel (loves the Little Mermaid) and Shark.

"Mom mom, did my baby brother kick you butt?"

Getting his bed together- "mom mom, my baby brother sleep with me, not his bed"

"Is Stan 3rd in you belly button? Because it's big, and mine is wittle and cute!"

"My baby brother be Anna, and I Elsa!"

Best one, "when my baby brother gets here I hold him and kiss him like a wittle baby, and I help you mom mom."

She's three and incredibly excited about him now, in the beginning if you asked her she would tell you "I not have a baby brother, it's just me!"

Edit....every statement and question begin with Mom Mom. Her name for me, not sure where she picked it up but I love it!

Not a STM but my 4 year old nephew insists he is going to be an uncle, we tried to explain to him that actually he is going to be a cousin but he's having none of it.

My 7 year old cousin always has something to say. A month or two ago she was rubbing my belly and then paused and exclaimed "Wait!!!! If there's a baby in your belly AND the stork brings your baby, does that mean you're having two babies??" And then a week or two ago she gave me some info on labor, "you know when you have the baby, it's gonna hurt real bad. Like really really bad, worse than anything in your life. You're gonna cry so hard. Your face is gonna be red and you're just gonna cry." I told her that yes it was going to be painful but totally worth it.

I'm wondering what in the heck her mother had been telling her!?

If I ask DS (23mo) where the baby is, he lifts up his shirt and stares at his tummy lol.

DD just tufned 2, a few wks ago she comes to stomach and slaps it, "no brother, not nice"

I asked her why she did that, "he hit me, brother hit me" [-( lol the sibling fighting has begun lol
