Tubal & birth

Induction for my 5th baby boy on Tuesday, natural like all my others because I don't want my last to be a csec that'd suck esp since doc says only 3 tiny holes will be made for machine to do tubal...my question is, is it foolish to get a epidural if they are doing the tubal next day? (they have to do spinal for that) don't know if it would interfere w milk coming in??
