  I had bleeding at the beginning of my pregnancy, along with pain. I was sent for bloodwork the first time and my levels were rising, the second time I was about 8.5 weeks and dr was concerned of a ectopic pregnancy, turns out it wasn't. Then around 12 weeks I had more pain and bleeding, quick ultrasound confirmed the baby was okay. My dr thinks the bleeding was from my cervix, or a ruptured ovarian cyst, I'm 28 weeks now, hopefully you'll have the same turn out as me (: ! Good luck momma and best of luck.

  Your levels are pretty normal. Normal doubling in the early weeks is 31-72hs. My betas all doubled within 30ish hours, so that really doesn't mean anything. As far as the bleeding, it's good they were able to see the sac,  this rules out ectopic which is my first concern having had two ectopic pregnancies. I had some bleeding this pregnancy around 8wks which turned out to be from a very small SCH that resolved on it's own in about a week- so hopefully everything is fine. I would check in with your Dr if you haven't already? Maybe they will do another U/S just to peak in and see what is happening?

  I agree but bleeding is so nerve wrecking I have been bleeding for 15 days it started out dark jus small discharge then it got more and brighten and clots I was terrified jus knew it was done went to the dr on the 22 got a scan and low n behold its not only still there but was kicking up storm and measuring almost a week (5 days) ahead of schedule! Also the tech told me I had a bleed a clot and that my baby had attached jus a little low now I go to the dr every 2 weeks jus to keep an eye til it rises and dnt panic and stay positive I know thats hard but jus try! Praying ur bean is ok!

  Thanks everyone for your support. I went to the dr today for another blood draw. Have to wait until Monday for results. Still spotting but it seems to be old blood at the moment. Hoping for the best.

  My levels are raising and that makes me happy, but I am freaking out becuase for me bleeding is never a good sign.  This is my 6th pregnancy and only one living child.  Everytime I start bleeding it has ended in a miscarriage.  I never bled with my DD.

  I go back tomorrow for more hCg and never wednesday for another sonogram.  Just hoping someone can give me words of ecouragement having been through something similar.

  Sending you warm thoughts & prayers. Bright red bleeding has never ended well for me. The good news is that my body is not yours (for better or worse). Your body & this pregnancy are unique at this point in time. So, no one else's experiences really matter.
  
  Take comfort in the fact that all you can do is wait & today you are pregnant.
