OMG I think we finally have a name

For my entire pregnancy I have been stuck on the name Declan. DH wasn't into it but didn't contribute a single suggestion or really seem that interested in talking about names which was driving me insane. I tried not to push Declan because I didn't want to force a name that DH didn't like. Tonight out of the blue he says "so you don't think a strong Irish first name with a strong German last name is weird?" (My background is mainly Irish, his is mainly German with some English on his mom's side). I said no not at all it represents both of our backgrounds. Then I asked if he had thought of any names since at 38w3d I would like to at least have a short list. He said "I"m good with Declan". DH isn't overly expressive so "I'm good with" is about as enthusiastic as it gets. Holy crap I'm so excited, not only do we have a name but it's the one I love!!! We aren't sharing the name with anyone IRL until he's born so I had to tell all of you. Looks like baby boy will be Declan Scott Alexander (Scott after his daddy and Alexander after my brother).
