Diarrhea and spotting

I am freaking out a little this morning.  I am currently 5w4d.  This morning I had an upset stomach and ended up with diarrhea, when I wiped i noticed i was spotting a little (sorry TMI).  I am freaking out because that is how some of my miscarriages have started in the past, upset stomach and then bleeding.  Has anyone else experienced this?

    I had a miscarriage with no upset stomach. Have you called your doctor? I'd drink as much water as you can. A pregnant cervix is sensitive and your B.M. could have just irritated it.

    Also TMI, but I have the runs for most of my pregnancies. So for some people the runs are normal during pregnancy. Thinking of you.

    DD1 born 5/24/10.

    Missed M/C at 14 wks Feb 2012.

    DD2 born 5/14/13.

    Missed M/C at 9 wks July 2015.

    Expecting someone new 4/17/17.
