Who knows about reflux?

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. My LO gets fussy for a really long time and then burps and calms down. This is often about half an hour or more after eating and after lots of time being burped.
He has a ton of burps and farts. I mean a TON.

Is this a sign of reflux? He never spits up and I know real infant reflux is pretty rare so the odds are indicating not reflux.

    That sounds more like gas pains than reflux. Reflux usually manifests by either lots of spit up or squirming and gulping after feeding. My little guy had both bad gas and reflux. Gas drops helped tremendously for the gas pains.

    My little one has reflux and takes meds for it now which helps. She use to just cry at random moments and when she was lying down. She also has gas issues but these have subsided since her reflux is under control.

    My LO would scream all night, projective vomit and spit up most of everything she ate. I was breast feeding at the time. We went through several formulas until we found the right one. The doctor even suggest I pass on breast feeding because she was not keeping it down. I changed my diet too.

    So, in my case we knew something was up.
