HELP!! 34 weeks + 3 days - intense period pain on left side

Its my first child and ive not experienced this before but its 100% an intense period type pain. Its awfully distressing and im worried because ive been told period pain could be a sign of miscarriage even at this stage... does anyone else have this issue? Baby is active as always and heartbeat fine as always
