Neck pain

FTM and I have been having some awful neck pain on my left side. I'm attributing it to sleeping funny the night before but the pain is really getting to me. Should this be something I'm worried about? I haven't had a chance to go get any Tylenol so I've only been applying some heat to the area... Call the Dr. Or get some Tylenol and wait?

    I have chronic neck pain - a problem since I was a wee lass - and chiropractic care has helped me so much. Also having husband give me a neck rub whenever. He used to totally suck at it, but he's gotten much better the past couple years.
