Sleep ergonomics tip

I spoke to a prenatal massage therapist this weekend who gave me an interesting sleeping tip: as my belly grows, I should roll under in bed (almost as if doing a push-up) rather than over (via the back). She said that would provide more support for the lower back and prevent the "turtle trapped on it's back" predicament. Maybe many of you have already gotten this advice elsewhere, but it was new to me, so I figured I'd pass it on!
