Broken air conditioner...

I am one unhappy momma. Our air conditioner has been broken for 4 days now (we just got it this spring!!) and this past weekend was in the 90s! So I pretty much sat in front of a fan looking like a hot sweaty whale. SO just texted me saying it can't get fixed today because the whole this needs to be replaced so he said hopefully tomorrow... So another day with no air!! Ugh I might just stay at work just for the air conditioning.

    Any cheap matinee showings at your local movie theatres? That may help to escape the heat for a couple of hours and get your core temperature down.

    No kiddie pool :( and there's 5$ movies on Tuesday but I'm hoping to have an air conditioner by then!

    This is me! So angry too! We got the air conditioner in February and it's been broken three times already! They are supposed to fix mine today. I can feel your pain! I have to splash myself with water and sit in front of the fan every so often.

    I feel for you. Maybe get out and about, go shopping or visit a friend. Maybe try a cold shower.

    Cold showers although I don't know how you deal- I'm the queen of the ac even when not prego- we have 3 running in our house right now- DH calls it the penguin enclosure- hope it's fixed soon!!

    I work as a CNA so I'm exhausted when I get home. I just want to sit on my couch with no bra on with my AC blowing but noooooo :(

    We don't have ac at all...I barely slept this weekend due to the heat and humidity. I very nearly went to sleep on the couch in my office to cool off. At least it's supposed to cool down at nights this week so I don't melt :-(

    Oh man!  I feel for you!  Our AC at work is down at least once a week.  One day last week it was 91 in our building.  I was miserable.  Hope you get some relief soon!

    The whole AC needs to be replaced and that probably won't happen till Friday. And I'm pissed, the only reason why I'm not doing anything about it myself is because it's one of SOs buddies that did it for us. -.-

    I feel you, tewinkle27. DH and I got home from work today to find the house at 88 degrees. Temps here he been in the mid to upper 90s with several days straight of heat advisories.

    My ac broke yesterday its over 100 here in Texas and i work from home so stuck here all day. Took so many cold showers yesterday was really suffering.
