Hey ladies! Just want to introduce myself. My name is Jodie, l got my bfp Sunday and am super excited for baby #2! I'm also super nervous to make our little girl split her time with us, but I know she will be a great big sister! I still speak to so many mommas from my first board and I can't wait to learn more about you all!

    Hi! I feel ya, I'm nervous about transition from one to two, but figure it must all work out since so many people have multiple kids. Ds will be 2.5 when this one arrives. How old is your dd?

    She's 2 1/2 now so she will be a little past 3 when the baby comes. When do you plan on telling DS?

    I'm not sure. I'm also not sure at what point he will really understand either. I guess we will just play it by ear and start talking to him about it once my tummy starts getting bigger.

    I'm hoping to make it to 2nd tri before I start showing so I can wait to tell her. Luckily one of my friends who we do play dates with is about to have her baby, so maybe I could reference that?

    My 3 year old DD told me that she wanted to pretend there was a baby in my belly the day before my BFP, so they may understand more than you know!

    But most of all, congrats!!! Yay for April babies!

    3 miscarriages - 1 DS (6) - 1 DD (3)  - #3 due March 30!

    Congrats! I have the same feelings. My daughter is four in a half and I'm not so sure about the age gap and hope they will have a strong bond. We always thought we would be one and done, and here I am re-entering everything baby again.
