What is the craziest/funniest and most extraordinary thing you or your husband did to get pregnant?

Hi you all!

My little sister is starting to try for a baby and I want to make her a little booklet. One chapter is about "the things you will have to do to get pregnant" - It's kind of a "twinkle in the eye" chapter where I want to list the most interesting, funny, extraordinary things she should try. (Or her husband!). And I need you help!!! I didn't come up with that many yet...

I have things like handstand after bd, husband not allowing to take a hot bath, my one crazy acupuncture session (after which I decided it's just really not my thing) but I need more inspiration. I'm counting on you. Thanks!!

If my sister presented me with such a booklet, I'd give her a papercut with it.

Not everybody has to do anything "special" or "different" to get pregnant. Why plant the idea in her head that she should be doing all these weird things?

The only thing I had to do different to conceive was to start taking vitex agnus castus to regulate my cycles, which were highly out of wack before we conceived. Other than that? Sex. Sex is how to get pregnant.

We spent about $25k in fertility treatments over 2 years with an RE. I should have saved the time and money and just stood on my head.

He used to pick me up by my ankles after sex and give me a little jiggle. I said "Hon. It doesn't work that way."

We didn't do anything crazy lol I just bought an ovulation test and got lucky enough to where it came back with two lines, told my husband and the rest is history. I think the thing that made me laugh the most was he put my feet by his shoulders and held onto my hips then told me to get pillows under me and he'd tell me when it's been 15-20 mins

Drunken celebratory sex (birthday and anniversary) for both sticky pregnancies.

Please for the love of god do not give your sister a booklet on getting pregnant it's very intrusive and presumptuous. If she brings you any concerns then go buy her taking charge of your fertility and be there for her.

Nothing special to GET pregnant. But we wanted a girl SO badly the first time I told DH that because he's the deciding factor in that, he needed to have a talk with his junk to make sure to give me a girl. Must've had the right pep talk. DD is 18 months now.

We tried for 5 months to get pregnant the first time. We used a fertility app and had sex ALL the time. Then I started to do these exercises immediately after sex where I laid on the floor and pit my feet on top of the bed and thruster my body upward for butt squeezes (really just for a work out but because I thought it might help things move along up there), and we got pregnant the next month. I tried the again for my second pregnancy and got pregnant immediately. Could just be a coincidence but I feel like it helped me. Hope this helps!
