bad sinus cold! can i take anything?

I have had a bad sinus cold for a week now. Im getting married this saturday and its an outdoor wedding. Ive been drinking hot water n lemon with honey but im not sure if i can take anything else. Any suggestions?

I recommend contacting your OB to see which medications they recommend for you to take for this during pregnancy.

Call a homeopath. Or a naturopath. Other than some herbs most of their available treatments are safe and quickly effective. I use homeopathics for my daughter as well since she was a small infant and it is nice to know they do not cause adverse side effects.

Get a neti pot from your drug store... It's just saltwater that clears out the sinuses. It makes a huge difference when you're stuffed up! I was told I could take Benadryl, that'll help dry everything up, but call your OB just to make sure it's ok for you to do. Congrats on the wedding!!!

Sorry sinus colds are the worst! you can try putting hot water in a mug and a towel over your head, Maybe put some peppermint and eucalyptus oil in it to open the nasal passages.
