Only feel one twin movement

all day and night I've been feeling a pressing pinching feeling I've never felt before on my left side just below my belly button it feels like baby A is pushing up against my outer belly when I pushed a little with my fingers I felt a lump so I assumed it was one twin moving.
I haven't felt any other movements where baby B is supposed to be so I think it might not be movement, what else could it be?

    Is the lump tender? It could be the baby's butt, or head, moving or not. I've had a couple of ultrasounds where the wand went over a tender spot. I asked the tech why it was so tender and she said the baby's butt was right there.
