Definitely worth it! @mrsrep123, I went through one full pack and a few from a second pack. I was released at 3 days postpartum and stopped using them at 11 days. With my c-section for DS1, I believe I used two packs because I bled a little longer.

I totally agree. I didn't use them with DD and wish I had as I ruined some clothes. This time, I bought the briefs, it was a small pack, like 16 or so and have a few left but have moved on to period pads as my bleeding has lightened a ton (6 days PP now).
I am using the Teena brand. They work like a charm! 2 days PP now. I had very heavy bleeding and required a blood transfusion. I have gone through 10 already; I'll probably buy a second pack. Order on Amazon -- very discreet. I can't imagine bleeding as I have and only using pads -- these have been a lifesaver!!
@Savanna111911 I used the always discreet briefs and they were wonderful!!!! Couldn't even tell I had a diaper on lol. They provided great protection and were actually really comfortable. I went through two packs.
Even after my bleeding slowed, I still wore one to bed just in case I couldn't quite make it to the bathroom in time.
My bleeding has lightened significantly, but I still have the occasional gush of clear liquid (sorry if TMI). I'm still on my first pack of 25 or so, but I'll probably get another just bc of those gushes after I've been laying down for a while.
I've got the Always brand in my hospital bag. It's a pack of 17. I'm wondering if I should've gotten a larger package....how many did you guys go through?
Loved them used one pack of 19. Only complaint is the crotch on them is wide so it was a little uncomfortable. Definitely easier than dealing with pads the first days, never had heavy bleeding though.

They sure can hold a lot of liquid
