I have noticed with this pregnancy everytime i walk for a long distance pr a long period of time my right side near the ovary starts to have a really sharp consitant pain. Now i am a high risk but the doctor has not told me that i have restrictions. I am worried cause its been happening for a few weeks now. I even get this pain during sex with my SO. Sorry if that was TMI.

It's probably round ligament pain from your uterus stretching. However, it's worth bringing up to your ob at your next appointment to be sure.

Im just a little worried cause i didnt have this pain with my son and i did a lot of walking with him

Every pregnancy is different... I have gotten similar walking pains as well but then goes away. I just assume it's normal if short lived and bearaable.

Im just worried cause i do have history of cysts on my right ovary which is where i get the pain

It's great to ask the community for advice on a topic others can relate to but if you are worried and have concerns about pain or something otherwise I would just skip asking about it and call the doctor.
