Re: Finished the nursery!

  • After SO much hard work and way too many decisions, we finished our nursery! I'm just so excited about it and wanted to share. I'd love to see all of your nurseries as well as you finish them!

I'm just ready to snuggle my baby boy now! :)

    Here it is:

  • Beautiful nurseries!!!!
  • Also, SO funny you found a hack to turn an arm chair into a rocker. DH has been talking about doing this, and I really didn't think it sounded realistic. I will have to show him this!

oh totally! The rockers weren't cheap by any means but we already had the chair and it was way cheaper than buying a rocker/glider especially for the nursery. Tell him to go for it! My husband did all the work and it seemed simple as long as you have access to the tools.

These are beautiful! I decided for right now, we aren't doing another nursery since we'll be co sleeping anyway, the changer is in our guest bedroom with the rocking chair. His clothes are in my other son's room since eventually they'll be sharing a room anyway. My toddler can use the room for now and somewhere down the line, we'll figure out sleeping arrangements. haha
Hey, that sounds great for me! I don't know why I felt so rushed to finish since baby will be in our room for the first month or two anyway, but to each their own!

We got ours painted finally! We don't have any bedding yet or decor set up, just furniture but it still makes me so happy when I walk by the room! My boyfriend thinks the giant cow picture will scare the baby, but I love it.

ETA: my boyfriend plans on putting rope on the wall between the blue and white, but we will see if it actually gets done.
