NST with three kids

Just had my first Non Stress Test with three kids in tow.  Good lord there was nothing "None Stress" about it, lol.  Sitting for 20-30 min straight never happens at my house. Between my niece we are fostering and my own two, my head about exploded and DH was even there to help!  I think I am going to have to find a babysitter once a week now, which is a bummer!

    Holy heck! There are times I can't do it with just my one and DH is there to keep him occupied! How did you ever do it!

    I had a surprise one this morning (went in for something else and doctor decided to do one cause baby's heart rate was up again). I had my 2.5 year old with me and was alone. I had nothing at all with me to entertain her, and the baby naturally kept falling asleep after they were concerned cause his/her heart rate was high :P They kept having to wake him/her back up, and it took forever. I kept telling her fairy tales and stories and realized I don't know enough fairy tales and stories :) I'm really hopeful I won't have to do it again. I only have one more actual doctor's appt left (next week since they canceled the one later this week cause I was in today).
