Am I ever going to look pregnant?

Lol. I want maternity pictures but I don't look pregnant. The pregnancy is almost over now....will it ever happen? Lol. I have read some ladies just don't ever get bumps. Anyone else?

I have a bump, quite noticeably so in my underwear, but if I wear anything not skin tight I apparently just look like could lose a little weight. I depends on how you carry and your body shape, I feel like no one can hide by 8 months though.

Hmmm we will see about that lol. Everyone even my doctor thought I might have a noticeable bumb at the start of month 7 and here I am a week a way with still nothing, it says my baby is the size of a head of lettuces lol. How? Where is she? Lol.

My girl will slide into a flat position and disappear, then curl up (maybe?) and it looks like I'm smuggling a cantaloupe in there. Tons of possibilities!

I definitely didn't have a maternity-session-worthy bump by 27 weeks with DD. I think 34 weeks through 36 weeks would be a good time to schedule one if you're thinking about it. I was slow to show, too, and in clothing and pictures, it helps to have a few more months under your belt. The bump grows a LOT from 32 to the end for many women!

Enjoy it. I got my first stretch marks on my belly this week and had a total meltdown.

Yea I was in Tim Hortons and a woman goes your ready to have your baby, I said not till October ! She looked at me so weird.

I am in the same boat as OP. I have found that if I wear tight tops I get a few more comments, but still only from people that know I am pregnant. If I wear loose stuff, I just look like I have gained 10 lbs. I am short and have a short torso, and I am carrying low. In the morning, I look more pregnant, but the end of the day, I just look bloated. I have a few hand me down maternity top (the ones with empire waists) but they just look ridiculous on me because the only major pregnancy bump I have are my now size F Boob bumps (empire waist does not help them from looking more ridiculous!). I keep telling people I will be excited when my belly bump sticks out farther than my boob bumps!

I'm 5'8, curvy, and have a really long torso. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and if I wear baggie shirts I just look fat. I've only gained 10lbs and I get the occasional "Well you look great, but where's the baby? Are you eating enough?" So whether you look huge or too small you're subject to all sorts of criticisms. It never occurred to me how cruel those tabloids where to Kim Kardashian and Kate Middleton until I was pregnant. I hate how everyone has this assumption about how women should look when they're pregnant.

I hope you get your bump soon. I would try some empire tops, they make everyone look pregnant, even if they aren't.

I definitely look pregnant now, but that's mainly when I wear clothes that are properly shaped. If I wear a baggy tank and regular shorts I just look chubby. It's crazy because I feel like a whale but there are still people who are genuinely surprised when I tell them I'm pregnant. It doesn't feel good because you know to them I just looked like I was getting fat. haha

I think my "bump" changes everyday. One day I look REALLY pregnant then the next I just look a little chubby. All depends on what I wear I guess.

If you have a long torso you just might not show much! I just look like I've got a bit of a gut right now haha and most people have admitted they assumed I was just gaining weight ... Not pregnant, especially if I've just met them!! Not the best thing to hear right now tbh!

I am not showing. Even in my bathing suit when I tell people I am 30 weeks I get a look and a "where are you keeping it?" I want to say in my fat spare tire. Thanks!

Lurking from S15 over here, but I'm 30 weeks, uterus is measuring at 29 cm, and I still barely look pregnant! It's a huge issue of mine, I feel so stupid telling people I'm that pregnant because they look at me like I'm lying! I've also gained 27 lbs, so you'd think it'd be more noticeable by now!!! Hang in there girl

I'll be 29 weeks on Friday, and even though I can tell I'm pregnant, I'm pretty sure strangers just think I hold a bunch of weight in my gut.

I'm 30 weeks thursday and most of the time I just look fat. I so feel your pain! Other days the top of my belly looks pregnant but not the bottom lol #mysteries
